Refund policy

The Strategy Session is a one-time service. Access to Booking Chat lasts 90 days from purchase so you can schedule and complete the session.

If you have not yet used the live session, contact us in Booking Chat within 7 days of purchase and we will review a refund. Once the live session has taken place, the fee is not refundable.

Unused sessions after the 90-day booking window are not automatically refunded. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice before the confirmed time.
